Inserting a page break

Place the insertion point at the beginning of the line which is going to follow the page break.

Text below the insertion point will appear at the start of a new page.

Press [Ctrl][Enter].

You can also click the Page Break button in Pages group of the Insert tab.

When the non-printing characters are displayed images/13iac25.png, a dotted line is inserted to represent the page break, and this is confirmed with the words Page Break.

To delete a page break manually, place the insertion point before the dotted line and click the [Del] key.
